How It Feels When an Earthquake Strikes

You experience an inner monologue something along the lines of:

Is that a cement truck hitting the side of my house, or is an earthquake happening?

Based on the noise and the way it feels, it seriously could be either. Either one is equally likely, based on those two feelings.
